Green Gala 2019

Our 2019 Green Gala was a spectacular evening celebrating five decades of environmental progress!

Together, we honored generations of trailblazers who have fought to protect Ohio’s air, land, water, and democracy. We also joined the next generation of trailblazers in calling for bold climate action.

We proudly presented the Community Collaboration Award to the Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition in honor of the historic lead poisoning prevention legislation they helped pass. Kim Foreman, Executive Director of Environmental Health Watch and a trailblazer in this work, accepted this award on behalf of the many coalition partners.
